The greatest benefit of a Dynamic Indoor rowing machine is that the seat and flywheel mechanism both move. So that the flywheel and the rower freely move along the horizontal axis.
On a static rowing machine, the flywheel does not move and behaves as if it has infinite weight. Akin to fitting your oars to a very large and heavy boat.
Flywheel assembly on the RP3 dynamic rowing machine offers equivalent weight to a single and is designed to mimic the physical movement of rowing a skiff on water.
With the RP3 dynamic design a rower moves relatively little compared to the flywheel, which is exactly how it feels in the boat. Thus, the motto “True Rowing Experience.”
RP3 Rowing provides a connection system to connect multiple flywheels that simulates the rowing movement and feeling even more. Recreating the experience of rowing together by connecting the dynamic flywheels to simulate the acceleration and recovery phase for the rowers and facilitate improved performance of synchronization in the boat.
